What these terms cover
These terms cover your use of this website. By using it, you accept them. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.
They don't cover the Keep-open service itself. Businesses that use Keep-open to take bookings sign a separate service agreement with us.
If you book a class through a business's booking page, your booking is with that business, under its own terms.
Using the site
You're welcome to read and share the pages on this site. Please don't:
- use the site in any way that breaks the law;
- try to get into any part of the site, or the systems behind it, that isn't meant for you;
- try to slow down, overload or damage the site, or add anything harmful to it, such as a virus.
We may change, suspend or remove the site, or any part of it, at any time.
Information on the site
The site gives general information about Keep-open. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we don't promise that it's complete, correct or current, and Keep-open's features may change.
Nothing on the site is an offer to provide the service. What a business gets from Keep-open is set out in its service agreement.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that the law of England and Wales doesn't allow us to limit or exclude.
Subject to that, the site is free to use and is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site, not being able to use it, or relying on anything on it, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise. In particular, we're not liable for:
- loss of profits, sales, business or revenue;
- business interruption;
- loss of expected savings;
- loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation;
- any indirect or consequential loss.
If you're a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.
Links to other websites
Where the site links to other websites, such as the Information Commissioner's Office or Stripe, the links are for your information only. We don't control those sites and we aren't responsible for them.
Who owns the content
We own, or have permission to use, the words and design of this site. You may print or save pages for your own reference.
The fonts, Bricolage Grotesque and Source Sans 3, are used under the SIL Open Font License: see the Bricolage Grotesque licence and the Source Sans 3 licence.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, so please check this page when you use the site.
Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute about them. If you're a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
